Toke Makinwa, renowned Nigerian Media Personality

Nigerian media personality, Toke Makinwa has thrown shade at unidentified married celebrities who once judged her.

Taking to her Instagram story, she gave a shout-out to those unnamed married women who used to judge her, noting how life has visited them.

Toke stated that this is one of the reasons she doesn’t judge anyone, as she noted how some of these women claim to be married yet are available for men.

Despite it all, Toke stated that she still has love for them and is giving them grace.

“S/O all the people that used to judge me.
Now that life has visited you, I’ll show you grace. Awon married woman but available.
This is why I never judged anyone. Look how life has humbled you now, Love you still.”

In another post, she stated she isn’t ready to break tables and send love and light to married women.

“Let’s not shake tables. Love and light,” she said.

Toke had replied to a troll who mocked her for being unmarried.

The troll identified had stated that the media personality had passed the single era and was now in her unmarried era.

Reacting, Toke declared that God would do hers for her and that her troll would be alive to congratulate her.

In another tweet, she noted how if she curses him now, people will say she is mean, so she is sending him love and light.

Recently, Makinwa replied to an X user who upgraded her age. The X user had praised her for looking hot in her 40s, and Toke had replied by questioning who was in her 40s as she told him she hadn’t clocked 40.

She, however, assured the tweep that when she turns 40, she will be hotter.

Toke Makinwa was once married to fitness expert, Maje Ayinde but the marriage crashed in 2016, after two years on the grounds of adultery.

Opening up on her failed marriage, she noted how she was blamed for her marriage failure even though her ex-husband fathered a child with another woman.

She said people had different versions of what they thought her marriage was, which left her traumatized as she was the victim.

Social media users are reacting to Toke Makinwa’s shady post to certain married women in the industry who once judged her.
