E.L Shares Wild Encounter Experienced With Determined Female Fan

Renowned Ghanaian rapper and sound producer Elom Adablah, better known by his stage name E.L., has shared one of the craziest encounters with a female fan in his music career.

He revealed how the lady in question, who lived in North Kaneshie, a suburb of Accra, came to his residence.

The craziest part, he shared, was that this lady had to hop over his wall, enter his residence, and knock on his bedroom window.

“Oh wow, the craziest thing a female fan has done? Not that crazy. I don’t have too many crazy stories. I try to be a gentleman, so I guess I attract ladies, so it’s not really too much crazy stuff. I’m sorry I can’t… I’ve had people hop over my wall; she was living in North Kaneshie, came into my house, and tapped on my bedroom window.”

“Like I’ve said this thing somewhere before, I guess … I’ve had stuff like that happening,” the rapper added.

Meanwhile, the sound engineer advised fellow artists to learn how to produce their beats.

According to him, this allows artists to maintain the original idea behind their songs instead of relying on someone else.

Shedding light on the start of his music journey, the ‘Koko’ hitmaker disclosed that he never discovered at a specific point in time he was going to be a musician.

The Tema-based rapper said his career rather occurred to him in stages stating that he has been guided through that path by his guardian angel.

“I wouldn’t say there was a specific time in my life when I was going to do music. I guess it crept up on him in stages. My earliest memory of having that musical experience was being in church singing in the choir, they got me a keyboard and I started playing the piano.

“It was a very evolutionary process that led me to this place. I was in PRESEC and I joined Skillions, a rap group and before you knew it, I was on stage performing so I have just been led this path by my Guardian angel.”

E.L. after taking a break from the music scene for a while has also announced the release of an album titled ‘BAR 7’ with 13 songs.

The album features other talented artists in the industry.

The rapper excited Ghanaian hip-hop fans with the surprise announcement, which comes a decade after the first BAR dropped.

E.L. released the seventh installment of his infamous BAR series on Friday, July 26, 2024.

The 2016 Artiste of The Year announced the 13-track project on social media a day before its official release.

Scores of hip-hop fans have taken to social media to share their admiration for E.L.’s “BAR 7”.

From singing in church to becoming one of Ghana’s most revered voices in hip hop and hiplife, E.L. is heralded for his rap, production, and singing prowess.

The “BAR” series debuted in 2014, featuring Sarkodie, M.anifest, and his Skillions cronies Joey B, C-Real, and Shaker. With its annual concert, the project kickstarted a hip-hop movement that gave rise to several other rap stars.

A decade after the first “BAR”, E.L. is still on the mission of platforming Ghana’s most promising talents. The upcoming “BAR” album will feature Lyrical Joe, AraTheJay, and Jean Feier.

The rapper has disappointingly not been consistent with his annual “BAR” experience.

Ahead of BAR 7’s release, the rapper behind Ghanaian classics like Koko, recently sampled by French singer Dadju, announced a pre-release party with a select few lucky fans at a coded venue.
