Veteran Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson Okojie, has marked her new age with her family and a message to herself.
She took to her Instagram page to announce that she was turning a new age today, August 28th.
Mercy Johnson uploaded a series of photos that featured her at the beach with her kids.
Mercy Johnson appreciated God for adding a new year to her years as she turns 41 years old today. “Plus 1. Thank you, Lord. Birthday girl. My kids have healed what they did not break…” she wrote in part.
She shared a carousel of stunning photos from her birthday shoot, and we’re loving every frame.
In one shot, Mercy Johnson poses solo against a rocky coastline, wearing a hand-crocheted turquoise crop top with a matching bandeau underneath, paired with a full-length rainbow maxi skirt in a classic ripple stitch.

It would be recalled that earlier this year, a video made the rounds that showed the actress looking as though she had lost a significant amount of weight.
It was at the time rumoured that she was down with an ailment, a rumour which has already been done away with.

Nigerian actress Mercy Johnson recently celebrated a significant milestone in her life as she marked her 14th wedding anniversary with her husband, Prince Odianosen Okojie.
To commemorate this special occasion, the couple shared a series of lovely family photos that showcased their stylish ensembles, creating a memorable family portrait.
In a heartfelt post, Mercy Johnson donned a striking floral print thigh-high dress that beautifully highlighted her figure, complemented by impeccable hairstyling featuring coiled curls that fell gracefully around her shoulders.
She completed her look with bold makeup that accentuated her features. Meanwhile, her husband, Odianosen, opted for a classic and casual look, wearing a crisp white short-sleeved top paired with well-tailored shorts, exuding a relaxed yet thoughtful vibe.
Mercy expressed her deep love and appreciation for her husband in her post. She acknowledged the trials they faced over the years, attributing the resilience and strength of their marriage to divine intervention. “Happy wedding anniversary to us @princeodiokojie,” she wrote.
“14 years with my husband, my friend, and my strength. Awesome God, they said no, but God said yes. They said to ruin it, but God kept fixing it all, and to Him be all the glory.”
