Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC has rewarded its shareholders with a massive dividend payout of GH¢673.48 million after securing approval at its 56th Annual General Meeting (AGM), reinforcing investor confidence and signaling the bank’s optimism about Ghana’s economic future.

During the AGM held in Accra, shareholders approved a final dividend of GH¢4.989 per ordinary share, resulting in a total ordinary dividend payout of GH¢672.35 million. In addition, preference shareholders will receive GH¢1.13 million, bringing the total dividend distribution to GH¢673.48 million.
The significant payout reflects the bank’s strong financial performance for the year ended December 31, 2025, while reaffirming its commitment to delivering sustainable returns to investors.
