VEEP Affirms NPP’s Commitment To Better The Life Of Ghanaians

The Vice President of the Republic of Ghana and the New Patriotic Party flagbearer for the 2024 general elections, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has affirmed the ruling party’s commitment and dedication to ensuring a better and prosperous life for Ghanaians. 

In a New Year message, the Vice President expressed enthusiasm and confidence for the year 2024 and underscored the importance of collective effort, urging everyone to delve deep and renew their spirit of patriotism for shared success.

According to Dr Bawumia, he is hopeful the dawn of the New Year will provide an opportunity for reflection on the past year, allowing for a reset as citizens look towards the future.

“We shall continue our effort to build a modern and resilient economy catalyzed by digitalization. We shall continue to make young people future-ready. We shall continue to create greater opportunities for every man, woman, and child to fulfil their dreams and aspirations. It is possible”

The New Patriotic Party presidential candidate for the 2024 general election further emphasized the need to start the new year with optimism and hope.

Furthermore, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia challenged Ghanaians to rise to the occasion by uniting around their shared heritage and striving for greater success in the year 2024.

Moreover, the Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia forewarned Ghanaians to be concerned about the national growth and individual well-being which mostly depend on national stability, social cohesion, and peace as they engage with news from Africa and throughout the world.

Highlighting the significant achievements that the country has achieved over the past three decades under the fourth Republican constitutional democracy, the Vice President expressed confidence in the ability of the country and its institutions to uphold the tenet of democracy and good governance ahead of the 2024 general elections.

“We shall be laying another layer on top of our landmark 30 years of democracy. I have absolutely no doubt that we shall once again prove to ourselves and the rest of the world that Ghana has indeed come of age,”

President Akufo-Addo Expresses Confidence In Ghana’s Fortunes

Meanwhile, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has strongly stated that the country could achieve a better and prosperous future if all citizens work hard and are determined.

In a New Year message, President Akufo-Addo acknowledged the hardships that Ghanaians are facing economically but expressed hope for Ghana’s continued progress and tenacity.

“I wish all Ghanaians a Happy and Prosperous 2024. Even though we are not completely out of the woods, I am confident that, with hard work and determination, Ghana will make it, and collectively, we will secure our futures”.

Moreover, former President and the National Democratic Congress flagbearer, John Dramani Mahama has assured Ghanaians of the possibilities for the country to build a better and prosperous life for all citizens.

The former President John Dramani Mahama in his New Year message expressed his profound gratitude to God the almighty for his steadfast love towards the people of Ghana in the year 2023 and called on all Ghanaians to be grateful to God.

“By the grace and mercies of the almighty God 2023 has ended, and we have entered 2024. Let us praise and thank our maker for protecting and preserving us. Together we shall build the Ghana we want, a prosperous and just Ghana filled with opportunities for all”.
