The Deputy Director of Communications of the Movement for Change (MFC), Mr. Courage Nobi, has indicated that the Movement’s alliance with the National Interest Movement (NIM) and other minor political groups was possible because Mr. Alan Kyeremanten’s vision and credibility resonated with the other partners in the alliance.

According to him, integrity, along with vision, is crucial for leaders to implement their development plans., emphasizing that the Movement for Change leader is a person of integrity offering to save Ghana from the NPP-NDC duopoly.

“Remember we were told a lot of things that turned out to be a different story. And so because of that confidence, a lot of other political entities have come forward to team up with him [Alan Kyeremanten], support his independent candidature so that we can secure this country… For a leadership backed by solid integrity so that we can put this country on back on a good footing”.

Mr. Courage Nobi

Furthermore, the MFC Director of Communications noted that Ghana must regain its reputation and respect in the Committee of Nations, it needs the strong and progressive leadership of the Movement for Change leader, Alan Kyeremanten.

He noted that the alliance with the NIM was necessitated because to make a change, any independent Presidential Candidate must get the “buy-in” of other minor political entities to boost his or her candidature.

“…for the past six months, we are being given 7-10% of the polls. So if we have other political entities team up with us, it means more people because they also come with a following. It also means that more legs on the ground and also more brains to work with” – Courage Nobi

Moreover, he emphasized that the support of the NIM and other minor political groups will go a long way in helping the MFC to achieve its sole goal of breaking the political duopoly that characterizes Ghana’s political sphere.

MFC’s Transformation Plan

Mr. Courage Nobi further indicated that the MFC leader’s main objective of winning power is to transform Ghana through eradicating poverty in all its forms progressively to ensure prosperity and improve the standard of living of the people.

He asserted that Alan Kyeremanten’s administration will ensure that every Ghanaian, irrespective of his or her creed or background, has the opportunity to thrive to reach his or her highest potential.

“That will see Ghana become the central sub for serving the West African sub-region. And it is in line that, that, as he [Alan] tours the nation, he stated that every region in Ghana must be given a focus for its development. that is why he said that Greater Accra will be the Port Enclave in addition to being the seat of government and the Volta Region will be the hub for Skills Development”.

Mr. Courage Nobi

The MFC Director of Communications indicated that the companies settling in the country need skilled labor hence it has become necessary for Ghana to develop its skilled labor to feed the demand for labor needed to support the operation of these companies, especially in the automobile field.

He also noted that the Alan administration aims to make the Eastern Region a science hub to enhance scientific research that will boost scientific innovation for economic growth, emphasizing that science is essential in Ghana’s industrialization journey.

He noted that the Central Region, in addition to its tourism potential, will serve as the country’s banking and financial hub as it is strategically positioned between the Greater Accra and Western Region, which will be the oil hub of the country.

More so, the MFC Deputy Communicator indicated that the primary aim of developing hubs in the country is to create employment for the youth and drive industrialization that Ghana can benefit from for years to come.
