The first Super Clash between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak will take place on Matchday 13, with the Porcupine Warriors hosting the Phobians during the weekend of December 4 to 7, 2026. The return fixture is scheduled for Matchday 30, between April 30 and May 3, 2027, when Hearts of Oak will have home advantage.
While those dates are already circled on the calendar, both clubs know that the title race will not be decided by one or two matches. Newly promoted Debibi United could hardly have asked for a bigger occasion on their Premier League debut as they welcome Asante Kotoko, a fixture that is expected to attract enormous attention despite it being the newcomers’ first appearance in the competition. Fellow debutants Port City also start at home against FC AshantiGold 04, guaranteeing that one newly promoted side will make an immediate statement.
