Singer and Entrepreneur, Mzbel born Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, has revealed that the Ga Traditional council she contracted to summon a certain person following their brawl is a ‘fraud’.
Speaking in an interview on an Accra based television, Mzbel tagged the ‘Ga traditional council’ as fake as they failed to summon that person in question over some false allegations the person leveled against her [Mzbel].
Mzbel disclosed last year that she summoned the person under discussion, to ‘Naae We’ which serves as a traditional arbiter in the Ga Traditional area.
She explained that the person has been attacking her for no reason, so she wanted that to seize and believed reporting the matter to traditional authorities in the Ga community was the right thing to do.
However, according to Mzbel, she was defrauded to a tune of GH¢ 2000 by the Chief Priest of the Ga Traditional Council and has since ignored her calls and messages after they failed to summon the person Mzbel accused.
She advised the public not to deal with the Ga traditional council because they are fraudsters.
“It was on this very show that I announced that I was summoning someone to ‘Naae We’ last year. I don’t want to mention the person’s name. They took my GHC2, 000, but ‘Naae’ says the Chief priest has been hospitalized for several weeks and he is on admission on drips for weeks. How can a Chief priest be on a drip at the hospital? ‘Naae’ is a fraud”
“No one should take his case to ‘Naae We’. I went there and complained that someone has been troubling me and I need my peace of mind. They told me they work with the Supreme Court but anytime I call they tell me the Chief priest is in the hospital”.
That aside, the ‘I be 16 years’ hitmaker announced that she will outdoor an artiste as part of her quest to unearth musicians in the country.
It is also worth noting that, Mzbel, revealed that contrary to popular opinion that Bullet and Wendy Shay have some amorous relationship going on, she doesn’t think that is true.
‘Uber Driver’ hitmaker Wendy Shay, has been berated by Ghanaians over claims that she and her manager, Bullet, CEO of RuffTown Records have been having an affair.
It is on this background that Mzbel came out to defend Wendy Shay claiming that she doesn’t believe there is any romantic relationship going on between the two of them.
Rather, she explained it is the controversies they create when they are about to release a song that has Ghanaians think otherwise.
“What I feel is that Wendy Shay and Bullet are not in any sexual relationship, but you see, any time Bullet wants to promote any Wendy Shay song, he comes up with all these dramas and controversial stunts that suggest that he has been caught sleeping with her, so that has stuck in people’s heads, otherwise I don’t think there is anything like that between them”.
According to Mzbel, Bullet has many women he has kids with, and aside from that, he is too serious a businessman to be sleeping with his artiste.
“I know Bullet is involved with other women whom he has kids, and I know him to be a very serious businessman who will not take his artiste and sleep with her…I don’t think there is any sexual relationship between Bullet and Wendy Shay”.
