The Management and Legal team of Ghanaian gospel singer, Joyce Blessing, has initiated investigations into the release and circulation of a video of the singer.
The video which has gone viral shows the singer in an apparent state of drunkenness downing a bottle of red wine.
According to her management team, the video is “first of all an old video of a loving wife expressing private feelings to her husband, and the contents were not meant to be circulated publicly”.
The team further noted that the release and circulation of the video is a clear act of sabotage and would be dealt with accordingly.
Parts of the statement released read: “It is rather unfortunate that certain persons are doing everything to destroy the hard-won reputation of a talented and inspirational musician. It is obvious that the intent of the circulation is to target and destroy this reputation. Management and her legal teams have initiated investigations into this matter and the culprit(s) shall certainly be held responsible”.
Joyce Blessing’s management team has thus, urged all and sundry to desist from further circulating the video.
The team concluded by saying that “Joyce Blessing does not in any way, manner, or form condone any unhealthy behavior and she will continue to act as a positive source of inspiration to all those who have faith in the Lord”.
In the video which is fast circulating, the trending singer can be seen drinking wine from its bottle whilst whispering matters of her heart. “This is red wine, you made me drunk,” she said whilst drinking the wine from the bottle. The video also showed the gospel singer, apparently drunk, and whispering; “I love you, I fucking love you”.
It is unclear when the video was recorded and to who she was sending it. However, it has been trending on social media with different narrations as others claim she is going through a broken heart.

Whilst Cutie Juls, another blogger who also posted the video said “Ghanaian gospel artist, Joyce Blessing allegedly prophesying her love to her ‘side boo’ while under the influence of alcohol”.
Joyce Blessing going through dramatic divorce
Joyce Blessing in the past months has been going through a dramatic divorce. She has been accused of cheating on her husband but she trashed the reports.
There were even some allegations that Dave, who is Joyce Blessing’s estranged husband, carried out a DNA test without the consent of the gospel singer and discovered that one of their three children was not his. However, in Joyce Blessing’s response, she disclosed that she has never dated two guys at the same time.
“I never dated any guy before my marriage. It is really annoying. I don’t like people who talk about others like they’ve known them for long. Meanwhile, they have never met the person in question”.

However, she refused to say anything about the DNA speculations but concluded that “I believe everybody deserves a second chance, and this is because the downfall of a man doesn’t mark his end. So, I will give a second chance to anyone”.
