Popular entertainment figure, Michy, born Diamond Michelle Gbagonah, will be crowned a queen on December 8, 2024.
Michy was happy to note “living a good life” had brought her this honor.
“I started a farm and it led to this crown. I’m about to made a queen in Aburi where my farm is. We might have the ceremony at Kitase or wherever preparation takes the event.”

She invited the general public to the ceremony, asking those interested in farming and real estate to contact her.
The TV personality indicated, apart from her coronation, she was embarking on a philanthropic exercise “this December through my NGO,” too.
She admonished donors to cease bringing in clothing in bad condition as she had previously experienced.
Furthermore, the singer declared she had her eyes set on “claiming the seat” of music dominance, and was about to release an EP titled La Madrina (The Godmother), with music to motivate, and provoke revel and dancing.
“I was looking for a Latin name because I am into astrology and all of that. I like to read a lot about certain things.”

Noting she stays in touch with the grassroots, she said “the street boys and the girls who like me call me godmother and tell me about their problems.”
Another reason for naming her debut extended play La Madrina, she revealed, came from her son with Reggae/Dancehall star, Shatta Wale.
“Majesty suggested that we call it the rebirth. The new me. It is time to claim the seat in music, after being reborn years ago, and paying my dues on these streets.”

Track 1 on La Madrina, she disclosed was titled Real Lioness, a Reggae and “conscious” number.
“Track 2 is with Majesty [and] called Higher. A motivational song talking about my journey. I’ve been there, don’t give up, tough days don’t last forever.”
Michy
She again revealed track 3 would have Afrobeats star, Camidoh on it. “The first three or four songs, I call them healthy music,” Michy noted. “It’ll inspire, and encourage listeners to not give up despite tough times.”
The noted that the remainder of the EP will be music for “dancing and gyrating.”
Michy Addresses Shatta Wale’s Criticism
Dancehall musician, Shatta Wale’s ex-girlfriend and baby mama, Michy responded to his recent claims about their past relationship.
In a conversation, Shatta Wale spoke about the issues that led to his breakup with Michy, the mother of his son Majesty.
The SM boss claimed that his baby mama was not appreciative of the things he did for her throughout their many years as a couple, even though he was seriously in love with her and did not want to break up.
Michy declined to respond directly to Shatta Wale, stating that she had many stories to tell about their relationship but would rather keep her silence.
She remarked, “Based on my long journey with him, I deserve appreciation.” Michy, also questioned the accuracy of her former partner’s claims, suggesting that people should seek clarity on his statements.
She questioned whether another woman would have gotten herself involved with the SM boss for as long as she did. The musician revealed that she would soon release a documentary to shed more light on her life journey.
The TV personality noted that it was important for both parties to move on and stop blaming each other for the issues that resulted in the breakup of her relationship with Shatta Wale.
She said that people perceived her as a “street girl” because of her past connection with Shatta Wale, even though she came from an affluent home.
Michy added that it would be unfair to claim that she was unappreciative as she sacrificed a lot to be with Shatta Wale during his struggles and broke up with him when he became a wealthy musician.
