Renowned radio personality, Ohemaa Woyeje, has broken her silence on a longstanding rift with the management of Angel FM, detailing a series of grievances she endured under the leadership of CEO Vincent and other executives.
In a candid revelation on Facebook, Ohemaa Woyeje accused the CEO of sidelining her and her team from fully integrating into Angel FM’s new building without any justifiable reason.
“He’s a dictator and threatens workers with dismissal at the least provocation. He now dictates our radio content (this is from someone who has no media background). CEO Vincent would ask his preferred host to take my show for an interview that’s within my slot. He also asked that I take money from musician, Diana Hamilton, when she came on my show for an interview.”

One of the major points of contention was a query she received after introducing Saddick Adams as the station’s morning show host, an action she insists was not a mistake.
Ohemaa further claimed that false accusations were leveled against her in an attempt to tarnish her reputation.
She recounted an instance where CEO Vincent allegedly misled the owner of Angel FM into believing that she had called to insult him.
“He lied to Dr. Oteng that I called his phone to insult him when nothing of that sort had ever existed, obviously when he never spoke to me on the phone even at the time of the allegation.”

She also accused the CEO and the station’s commercial director, Barbara, of orchestrating a false narrative that she had used her platform to solicit funds for musician Okomfour Kwaadee. “And when they called a meeting to establish it was malicious, they didn’t apologize over the act,” she stated.

The renowned radio personality also accused the CEO of demanding all monetary gifts from guests on her show, claiming he needed the funds to “buy electricity.”
She alleged that he would interrupt her live broadcasts, entering the studio with an intimidating presence and disrupting her work.
Ohemaa Woyeje further stated that the CEO went as far as deploying masked thugs to block her entry into the station’s building in what she described as an “hour-long scuffle” just this past Wednesday.
Another major concern she raised was delayed salary payments under the CEO’s leadership, stating that he failed to communicate properly about the situation.
She also revealed that resource persons are no longer compensated for their work, and even their ability to self-sponsor through contact announcements has been restricted.
Ohemaa Woyeje’s allegations paint a picture of internal tensions at Angel FM, raising concerns about management decisions and workplace fairness. It remains to be seen whether the station’s leadership will respond to her claims.
Ohemaa Woyeje Defends Dr. Kwaku Oteng

The Ghanaian media personality shared a new update on her ongoing issues at Angel FM.
The embattled radio presenter took to her Facebook page to issue a disclaimer and respond to allegations of Angel FM owner Dr. Kwaku Oteng’s involvement in her being denied entry into her workplace.
Ohemaa Woyeje denied claims that Dr. Kwaku Oteng was the individual who brought thugs to the Angel FM premises to stop her from working.
“DISCLAIMER ….. Dr. Kwaku Oteng is innocent in the thuggery attack at Angel FM Accra premises. Please don’t drag him in. The perpetrator is the CEO Vincent Opare and not the President & Founder of Angel Group Of Companies (Dr Kwaku Oteng). Please be guided and stop tarnishing his image. ‘Dr Kwaku Oteng’ will never commit such an unlawful act.”

The radio personality’s remarks come after Dr. Kwaku Oteng received criticism from some Ghanaians over the unfortunate incident that took place at the Angel FM premises.
