Ghanaian hip-hop rapper and singer, Pappy Kojo’s ‘Logos II’ album that he just released is currently ranking as the number one album on Apple music.
The excited artist shared this on his Twitter page where he encouraged his fans, and other social media users to stream his album. Posting a picture that showed the rank of his album, he wrote:
“Already Number 1 album on @applemusic. Keep streaming #LOSOII”.
Fans and some netizens who are already going ‘gaga’ about the songs on the album after seeing his post praised him. Most of them emphasized that he deserved it since he worked hard for it. Some comments from his post read:
Meanwhile, Joeboy’s album ‘Somewhere between’, Wizkid’s ‘Made in Lagos’, and Davido’s ‘A better time’ ranks at number two, three, and four on the music app.
That notwithstanding, Pappy Kojo who is also known as ‘Fante Van Damme’, discharged his highly anticipated studio album, ‘Logos II’ today.
The star-studded album has 15-solid and amazing tracks with vocal assistance from some A-list artists. This includes; Sarkodie, Medikal, Kojo-Cue, Lil Shaker, Manu Crooks, KiddBlack, RJZ, Phyno, Hater, Akan, Fameye, Kofi Kinaata, Gyedu-Blay Ambolley, Joey B, Nshonamuzik, Kwesi Arthur, Adina Thembi, Magnom, and Kelvynboy.
Pappy Kojo rose to stardom in 2014, after collaborating with Ghanaian hip hop recording artist and ‘Tonga’ hit-maker, Joey B on ‘Realer No’ and has since been making strides in the music scene.
