Simi Pens Sweet Note to Adekunle Gold

Adekunle Gold and his wife, Simi

Renowned Nigerian songstress, Simisola Kosoko, better known simply as Simi, has set her social media page on fire with a sweet note penned on her account dedicated to her husband, Adekunle Gold who recently turned a year older.

In the viral post, Simi shared some soul-touching comments about her husband and what she has come to learn about him over the last few years of their marriage.

Simi also shared her thoughts about her husband’s music career and how things have faired since his big break into the music industry.

Simi hailed her husband’s growth as an artist, noting that he started out great but has not moved paces higher and has gotten better the older he became.

The ‘Duduke’ singer’s comment about her husband’s music career got people talking but not as much as the lovey-dovey message penned down to celebrate AG Baby’s birthday.

Over the past year of her marriage, she admitted that she has been very aware of how much she likes her husband as a human being. She added that she has always known it but she now pays attention to it.

Besides, the ‘Duduke’ hitmaker noted that it is not easy to consistently like someone she has to live with, be with, and sleep with every day.

She used the word ‘almost’ because whenever Adekunle Gold gets a gig, he quickly jumps on the next available airplane.

Speaking about her wishes for him, she said that he deserved all the best things in life and prayed that God would come through for him forever.

She also informed him that if he could see himself through her eyes, nobody else’s eyes would matter. The music star added that she loves her husband very much and she shared a video of their lovey-dovey moments.

“Happy birthday, Champ. I love you, I love you, I love you with all of my heart in all of the universes.”

For Adekunle Gold’s special day, he rocked a striking outfit: a matching brown leather ensemble for his birthday photoshoot.

His textured leather jacket featured a deep V-neckline that revealed a sleek black shirt underneath, adding a layer of understated charm to the bold look.

The jacket’s structured shoulders and tailored fit brought sophistication, while the trousers, made from the same luxurious leather material, tied the outfit together seamlessly.

To top it all off, the music superstar accessorized with a gold chain necklace, a sleek watch, and a pair of brown sunglasses that added just the right amount of edge to his look.

True to form, his outfit was a mix of modern, edgy aesthetics with hints of tradition, reflecting his style.

Singer Adekunle Kosoko, also known as Adekunle Gold, was filled with gratitude after one of his fans Amee Rolling Dollar reminded him of his 2019 hit song ‘Pick Up’.

In the song, the singer asked God to pick up his call and answer his prayer requests. He added that he also wants to ride a Benz and billionaire businessman Aliko Dangote, who lives in affluence, does not have two heads.

God has granted Adekunle Gold’s wish to be successful and he admitted that he now has everything he asked God in his song.

The ‘Orente’ crooner’s achievements in the music industry was recognized by his fans who appreciated God for granting him his heart desires.

His fans added that they were happy for him as they recalled the lyrics from the song ‘Pick Up’.

Some of his fans also prayed that the God who answered Adekunle Gold’s prayer requests would also answer theirs.
