Ghanaian actress and entrepreneur, Victoria Lebene, has disclosed that she will be a pastor soon.
The actress stated that she is being scrutinized for ordination into full-time ministry.
“Currently, I’m going through the process of being ordained as a pastor. So, hopefully, by the grace of God, I’m waiting to be ordained,” she revealed.
As to the specific date she would be inducted, Mrs. Lebene did not mention it, but she is confident of being ordained, believing that it’s a journey that requires proper and thorough grooming regarding the things of God.
Growing up, she said it had been a revelation to her through pastors who prophesied her mother at a young age.
“I had that call for a very long time when I was very little. Pastors would tell my mom that her daughter was a woman of God, and I actually thought I was going to marry a pastor to be that kind. Never did I know that it would toe towards that line where I would particularly be in the middle of the whole picture as a woman of God.”

That notwithstanding, she does not have plans to forcefully involve her husband, Eugene Osafo-Nkansah until he willingly joins her.
Asked how she would handle criticism of living with a blogger who engages in secular events, Mrs. Lebene said she is more focused on positively impacting the lives of her children and husband while in ministry.
“It is a journey, the things that I’ve been taught the ways of the Lord are the same way I’ll impact my children, my household, and my husband. It’s all part of it and makes it more beautiful,” she said.
Nonetheless, she has not quit acting because she says it is her first love and will accept roles to be able to fuse God-ordained abilities into her character.
Lebene, in other interviews, had emphasized that her ministry is not for social media clout but a genuine calling she has nurtured for a long time.
Actress Cites Acting As Her First Love

Actress, up-and-coming pastor, and media personality, Victoria Lebene stated that she will never quit acting because she has started gospel ministry.
According to her, she gained fame and established herself through acting, making it her first love, so nothing will ever stop her from acting.
“Acting is actually what made me. It’s my first love and so there’s no way I’m going to throw it away because I’m a woman of God,” she asserted.
Instead, she is looking forward to accepting roles that would allow her to fuse God-ordained abilities into the character and impact lives positively.
With this aim, she would not reject some roles because she believes she can devise strategies and techniques to make an impact regardless of the role she is given.
“All I need to do is to fuse my God-ordained abilities into the acting because there are so many ways that you can play a role even though you’re given a script. If I have a script to perhaps play a prostitute role, that role is very impactful because of how I’m going to play it.
“I’m going to make sure that the God-ordained ability is that for whoever and whatever you are, there is a possibility of change in you. So, playing the role of a prostitute doesn’t mean you’re a prostitute.”

As to how she would deal with other roles including kissing and sex scenes, Mrs. Lebene said it would be dependent on the climax and transition of the story, adding that most of such scenes are acted and not real.
