It is also worth mentioning that Yaw Tog is indeed keeping to his promise of putting Ghana on the map and breaking through to global markets. In a recent interview, the young artist disclosed that he has set his eyes on the price of breaking through to the top places in the global music industry.

“I believe my hard work has brought all these things to me. I’m very proud of myself and I’m still working more to go to the next level. I’m working hard to get to more heights; to get to the pinnacle”.

Meanwhile, Yaw Tog has served as a threat to the pioneers in the rap game as he is always being compared with them especially on social media. His emergence into the music scene hasn’t been that long but he has proven himself worthy of being a strong competition to the giants in the rap game.

That notwithstanding, Yaw Tog has managed to earn some nominations for the upcoming Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. Many have tipped that he might win in some of the categories.
