WOMEN AND WEALTH CONFERENCE TO LAUNCH IN 2022

ALICE FLORA TINY (UN DIPLOMATIC ARMY,CEO OF THE AFRICAN FINANCIAL TRADERS AWARDS ORGANISATION

Digitalisation and technology for decades have produced diverse financial opportunities to individuals and corporations that dared to challenge the conservative norm of the coloured job concept.

From challenges/crisis come changes, innovation and creativity, unfortunately women globally especially in Ghana and Africa are marginalised and under represented in digitalised economy.

Women in Forex Ghana, an organisation that is advocating for women inclusive on the financial market led by Ms Gifty Annor Sika Asantewah saw the wide gap between our educational system in regards to financial literacy and the current financial innovations and the need to take the opportunity to bridge the gap by pioneering this conference especially for women to drive financial sufficiency.

The goal of the conference is to advocate, educate, campaign and train young women on the importance of financial literacy in the 21st century.

This conference is going to part of its project dubbed The ELEVATE Ghana Forex project to train over 10,000 youth in online trading and financial analysis to create an avenue for career and financial opportunities for a pandemic proof livelihood.

The conference is collaborating with organisation namely: the African Financial Traders Organisation led by Mrs ALICE FLORA TINY a UN DIPLOMATIC ARMY and a Forex expert,Geldex investment, the first indigenous brokerage firm to be established in Ghana and Lolyfx academy led by the award winning financial market EXPERT Ms Ruth Ofori.

This collaboration is fueling the need to educate women into financial sufficiency for an economical balance as women are indicated to be over 200,000 than men by the Ghana statistic Agenda in the just ended population census.

THE maiden EDITION of the conference will be held on the world women’s day in 2022 to celebrate with the world the paradigm shift in the financial liberation of the new age woman.

Mrs Alice Flora Tiny (UN army and financial expert) reiterated that the time is now for women and Africa as a whole move from the minority mentality into financial liberation by using innovation, skills and technology available now to their advantage with excuses.

A challenged world is an alert world and indeed the 21st century woman must gear toward building self wealth and discard the over reliance on the male gender especially through the route of the Digital economy.

A wake up call for women globally to venture into more challenging roles in all facets of life.

This stands to positively impact generation as was opined by Dr Kwegyir Aggrey of blessed memories “if you educate a woman, you educate a Nation ”The time is now to change your money game woman.
