Ghanaian classical crossover artiste and gospel minister, Lordina The Soprano, is set to captivate the UK capital with an intimate pre-release gathering titled “Show Me Your Glory: The London Listening Experience.”
Scheduled for Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 7:00 PM, the event will be held at the International Praise Centre London, located at 2 Dover Road, E12 5DY.
This exclusive session serves as a spiritual precursor to the global launch of her highly anticipated single, “Show Me Your Glory,” which officially drops on all digital platforms on April 30.
Lordina Eugenia Derby, known professionally as Lordina The Soprano, is a Ghanaian classical crossover artiste, gospel minister, and celebrated soprano soloist known for her rich, soul-inspiring vocals.
She gained prominence as a soloist for the renowned Harmonious Chorale Ghana and has since released her debut album, Charis.
Departing from the high-energy format of traditional concerts, Lordina has curated this evening as a classic church-style gathering.
The program is designed to foster a sacred atmosphere through hymns, scripture, and live ministration, ensuring that the music’s spiritual core is deeply felt by all in attendance.
In discussing the heart behind the new project, Lordina shared that the song was birthed from a place of raw, spiritual hunger. “There is a kind of prayer that doesn’t come from polished words or composed faith,” she remarked during a recent media engagement.
“It rises from the cracks when strength is gone and all that is left is a desperate need for the Divine. That is the place where Moses found himself when he cried, ‘Please, show me Your glory.’”
Lordina The Soprano, Gospel Minister
The London Listening Experience is more than just a song launch; it is a manifestation of Lordina’s advocacy for the choral and classical genres. She has frequently emphasized that these styles hold immense artistic and cultural value that deserve a global spotlight.

By hosting such a specialized event in one of the world’s music capitals, she continues to push the boundaries for West African gospel artists.
“I believe that music should not merely be heard but deeply encountered,” Lordina explained. “I am anticipating sharing this sound from ‘The Throne room’ and for us to encounter His glory together in a way that brings divine transformation.”
A Trailblazing Career
Lordina’s return to London follows a series of historic milestones that have cemented her status as a powerhouse in the gospel industry. In 2023, she made history as the first Ghanaian artiste to record at the legendary Abbey Road Studios in London.
There, she collaborated with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra to record “The Sun Will Shine” for her debut album, Charis.
Her excellence has not gone unnoticed. Recently, she was honored as the Best Female Vocalist and Songwriter of the Year at the Praise Achievement Awards 2024.
She also secured a prestigious win at the 2026 Telecel Ghana Music Awards (TGMA), further validating her unique blend of contemporary gospel and operatic soprano performances.

“Show Me Your Glory” is set to become another cornerstone in her discography, characterized by its prayerful lyrics and soul-stirring melodies.
Fans and worshippers in London are encouraged to secure their places for the Listening Experience via Eventbrite, as seating is limited to ensure an intimate environment.
For those unable to attend the London session, the single will be available for streaming and download on all major platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and Boomplay, starting Thursday, April 30, 2026.
