Award-winning Ghanaian-South African singer Adina Thembi will headline the third edition of the CroxItOut Concert this Saturday, October 24, 2026, at Alliance Française in Accra. The event aims to raise awareness about breast cancer through music and community engagement under the banner of #MusicForGood.
Organisers confirmed the headlining role in promotional materials shared widely on social media. Adina, a three-time Ghana Music Awards winner and two-time VGMA Best Female Vocalist, joins a tradition of strong female headliners for the annual show. Previous editions featured Efya in 2024 and Gyakie in 2025.
Doors open at 6 p.m. at the Alliance Française venue. Hosts for the evening are the popular twin duo Lali and Lola. The line-up includes live performances from Darkua, Ess Thee Legend, Kaesa, Kiki Celine, Cici Yeboah, Tower and others, creating a night dedicated to powerful female voices in Ghanaian music.
Tickets are priced at GHS 80 and available via the official website croxitout.org or by dialling 36588*22# on all networks. The concert is presented by MX24 and powered by Yazz, in partnership with Dorothy’s Hope Foundation and Alliance Française.

About CroxItOut
CroxItOut has established itself as a platform that blends entertainment with health advocacy. The third edition continues the mission of using music to spotlight breast cancer, encourage early detection and foster open conversation around women’s health. Organisers emphasise unity through music as a way to drive awareness and action.

Adina Thembi brings both artistic stature and personal relevance to the cause. Known for her soulful vocals and consistent output, she has previously used her platform to speak openly about women’s health challenges, including her own experience with fibroids. Her participation aligns with a broader pattern of Ghanaian artists leveraging their influence for social impact.
Relevance of Concert
The concert arrives during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, amplifying its message at a timely moment. Beyond the performances, the event builds on the foundation of earlier editions that combined live music with educational elements and community support. Past shows have featured free screenings, survivor testimonies and exhibitions focused on wellness and women-led initiatives.
Fans and supporters are encouraged to attend not only for the music but to contribute to the ongoing conversation about breast cancer in Ghana. Early ticket sales and promotional campaigns have highlighted the importance of showing up for both the artists and the cause.
Adina’s set is expected to deliver the high-energy, emotionally resonant performance her audiences know her for. As a multi-award winner with a dedicated following, her headlining slot adds significant draw to the third edition.
Supporting acts will complement the evening with a mix of styles that reflect the diversity of contemporary Ghanaian music.
The CroxItOut Concert has grown steadily since its inception, positioning itself as more than a standard live show. By pairing established and emerging female artists with a clear health message, the organisers aim to create lasting impact beyond the night itself. Partnerships with health-focused foundations and corporate sponsors help sustain the advocacy element.

As Saturday approaches, final preparations are underway at Alliance Française. Attendees can expect a professionally produced evening that balances entertainment with purpose. Those unable to attend in person are still encouraged to engage with the campaign online and share awareness messages throughout the month.
Adina Thembi’s confirmation as headliner marks a strong close to the promotional rollout for CroxItOut 2026. With tickets still available and the line-up finalised, the concert is set to deliver both memorable performances and a meaningful contribution to breast cancer awareness efforts in Ghana.
