Popular Ghanaian musician, Wendy Shay, recently stated that her recent fatal accident was orchestrated spiritually.

The accident resulted in minor injuries that did not take the actress to her early grave.

What made Wendy Shay’s accident more intriguing was her recent assertion that it was not a mere accident but a deliberate spiritual attack, orchestrated by individuals who aimed at shifting the blame onto her manager, Bullet.

Wendy Shay said, “Those who wanted to kill me, they know themselves, and they’re trying to put it on Bullet. It wasn’t Bullet. It wasn’t a normal attack. What I can say is that they know themselves, but I am not going to mention their names. But they can never kill me.”

She also added that she knew some people wanted to take her life and they knew themselves.

“My accident wasn’t normal. It was a spiritual attack. Those who wanted to kill me know themselves. Bullet is a good man and he has done a lot for me and my career. He will never do anything to hurt me but I know some wicked people don’t want that to happen.” Wendy Shay stated.

Speaking about the injuries she suffered after the accident, Wendy said; “ I fractured my nose and all my body parts became swollen, especially my face. I wore these glasses to hide the fracture. I was in pain because the accident was very serious. The Grace of God is the reason I am alive today to talk about it.”

However, reacting to the above assertion, Kwame A Plus disagreed with the assertion.

He commended Wendy Shay and her manager, Bullet, for their efforts in generating discussions and keeping the musician in the spotlight amidst the accident’s aftermath.

“We cannot say it is spiritual. It is all for the hype. First Bullet said he would be flying her to Germany for treatment. Now they are saying that it is spiritual. They know what they are doing. It’s called a stunt and they are doing it well,” he avered.

Tearing Apart Letter On Live TV

Kwame Obeng Asare, a political activist and media personality also known as A Plus described as useless a letter from the New Patriotic Party (NPP) calling on the management of UTV to reform the United Showbiz show.

A Plus, a regular panelist on the program, read a copy of the letter on the September 30 edition of the program and sternly critiqued its content and the propriety of its issuance.

He described the letter as “useless” and argued that it was such letters that continued to give the NPP a bad name to the extent that the party is seeking to subvert clear constitutional provisions on the independence of the media.

He ripped apart his copy of the letter stating thus: “This letter is revolting because we have received calls from people threatening to collapse UTV United Showbiz,” he stated.

He further added that 90% of the viewers of UTV were of the NPP stock… yet they praise them for the views they give on the station.

“NPP people should stop such things, don’t write such a letter ever again. This letter is a stupid letter. Nobody in this country can decide what we do on this show, especially when the president of Ghana is an astute lawyer and someone who believes in the rule of law. Don’t write such things ever again,” he stressed.

It can be recalled that the leadership of the NPP noted that submissions by panelists on the United Showbiz program tend to spite and lambast the government most of the time.

The party said this trend has become a recurring pattern that raises questions about the motive of the show.

It also disclosed that there is an unwarranted surge in disparaging comments aimed at President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and subjected Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to ridicule and criticism in its recent episodes.
