Artiste Manager, entertainment pundit, and sympathizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bullgod has heaped praises on Ghana’s President, John Dramani Mahama.
He described the President as Ghana’s most experienced President in the history of the West African country.
To Bullgod, the experience with which John Dramani Mahama comes to the position is second to none and therefore needs to be hailed.
Bullgod’s praise stems from the President’s recent appointments and decision to reduce the number of ministries and certain decisions he has taken since assuming power.
“This is a well-crafted presidency. I can say that he is the most experienced President Ghana has had in its history. I say this all the time there has never been an experienced President before, this is the first time. All the Presidents that came before him came to try but this one comes to the seat with experience.
“There is efficiency in the list we’ve brought. We have taken out the waste and replaced it with substance.”

President John Dramani Mahama announced a reduction in the number of government ministries from the current 30 to 23.
This decision, which is part of a broader strategy to improve the delivery of public services and reduce the cost of government operations, was revealed in an Executive Instrument issued on Friday, January 10, 2025.
The announcement is in line with one of the key promises made by President Mahama during his election campaign, where he committed to reducing the number of ministries and ensuring a more focused and results-oriented administration.
Mahama had previously pledged to govern with a reduced number of ministries, aiming to limit the government’s size to just 60 ministries as a means of fostering better accountability, cost-efficiency, and streamlined decision-making processes.
The move comes as part of a broader agenda to reconfigure the country’s governance structures and improve the overall effectiveness of the public sector.
