In a heartfelt message shared on social media, renowned Ghanaian gospel artist, Empress Gifty, also known as Mrs. Gifty Adorye, has announced with deep sorrow the passing of her beloved mother, Evangelist Agnes Aba Annan—affectionately known to all as “Agaga.”
Empress Gifty disclosed that her mother sadly passed away after a short illness.

Prophet Predicts Doom for Empress Gifty
Self-acclaimed prophet, Nana Kwabena Joshua of Nana Kwabena Joshua Ministries, predicted doom for gospel singer and TV personality Mrs. Gifty Adorye popularly known as Empress Gifty.
In a Facebook post, the prophet claimed that Empress Gifty could face a tragic death in a car accident that would leave her “burnt to ashes.”
According to Nana Kwabena Joshua, his prophecies are often dismissed or criticized, much like his previous prediction concerning actress Moesha Buduong.
He expresses frustration over the lack of seriousness with which his revelations are treated.
Shedding more light on the prophecy, the prophet states that the “Aseda” singer is allegedly being targeted by spiritual forces, which, he claimed, could lead to her untimely demise.
