Global superstar singer, Rihanna has given her fans a rare glimpse into her life as a mother, offering a humorous and candid take on parenting her boys.

The 36-year-old, who shares two sons with her partner, rapper A$AP Rocky, took to her X (formerly Twitter) account to express the challenges of raising boys.

In a lighthearted post, Rihanna shared a video clip featuring her first son, RZA, determinedly trying to escape his baby cot. After several adorable yet failed attempts, the toddler finally succeeded, much to Rihanna’s amusement.

Alongside the clip, the Barbadian singer captioned it: “Being a boy mom is an Olympic sport.”

The post quickly garnered attention, with fans and fellow parents relating to the chaos and energy that often comes with raising young boys.

One fan responded, “I feel you, Riri. Boys are always on the move. It’s like training for a marathon every day!”

Another wrote, “Boy mom life is definitely wild. You’ve got this, Queen.”

When thinking of Rihanna’s all-time best looks, the 36-year-old’s see-through crystal gown at the CFDA Fashion Awards or her stunning princess cosplay at the 57th Grammy Awards are probably among the first fits to come to mind. But as her red carpet cameos grow more sparse, it’s the lingerie ensembles that keep her legacy as a fashion icon alive.

Though she’s never been one to shy away from daring outfits in the past, it is not expected to see Rihanna sporting her most recent look front row at Fashion Week. To launch Savage x Fenty’s new Lavish Lace collection, the mom-of-two channeled her inner bombshell in a full lingerie set complete with gloves, knee-high socks, and a garter.

Shining bright like the sun, the “Where Have You Been” songstress donned a vibrant yellow bra with lacy floral detailing and matching panties in the campaign. Atop the barely visible undies, she wore a matching high-waisted garter belt. Affixed to the belt is a pair of sheer over-the-knee socks that read “Savage X” across the top in gold lettering.

To complete the look, she wore a pair of elbow-length gloves with the same lace floral pattern and shiny gold heels. She posed in front of a white lace backdrop and lace-draped furniture, which made her bright-colored undergarments pop even more.

The Fenty Beauty founder also matched her glam to her scandalous skivvies with a tousled blonde ‘do and a shimmery highlight below the brow’.

In one photo, Rihanna seems to tease her return to music by posing with a grand piano covered entirely in white lace, though it’s probably best not to read into the musical set piece too much until ‘R9’ is officially confirmed.

The Lavish Lace collection is available now exclusively for Savage X Rewards Members via the Savage x Fenty website.

And it certainly did not take long before the singer’s seductive post received more than 1.6 million likes on Instagram and 15,400 comments. Rihanna captioned her slideshow post saying: “Lavish Lace by @savagexfenty.”

“Keep making us happy with your products. Just forget about this music business. You have already delivered us a lot.”

A second added: “You are amazing.” Meanwhile, a third wrote: “Lawd have mercy,” alongside a heart-eyes emoji. This comes just after her partner and the father of her children A$AP Rocky revealed the couple’s parenting style.

The rapper explained that he and Rihanna give their sons RZA, two, and Riot, one, a normal childhood within the mayhem of celebrity life. But it seems the rapper started to grow impatient with the line of questioning during an interview after the reporter noted that his children will always have a different lifestyle from his upbringing.
