Former President Bill Clinton speaks on DNC's third night.

Former U.S President, Bill Clinton has made a rousing pitch for Kamala Harris’ election, contrasting her character to that of Donald Trump.

Speaking on the third night of the Democratic National Convention (DNC), Clinton took direct aim at the Republican presidential nominee while championing Harris as the candidate who offers not just vision, but a commitment to serve and unite.

“Kamala Harris is the only candidate in this race who has the vision, the experience, the temperament, the will, and yes, the sheer joy, to get something done. I mean, look, what does her opponent do with his voice? He mostly talks about himself. So, the next time you hear him, don’t count the lies, count the ‘I’s.’”

Clinton went on to criticize Trump’s “vendettas, his vengeance, his complaints, his conspiracies.”

“He is like the tenors opening up before he goes on stage, like I did, by saying, ‘me, me, me, me, me.’ When Kamala Harris is President, every day will begin with you, you, you, you.”

Also, Former House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi said that Kamala Harris “is ready to take us to new heights.”

Minnesota Governor, Tim Walz accepted his party’s nomination for Vice President at the Democratic National Convention.

He introduced himself as a coach, a teacher, a hunter and a neighbor as he made the case that Democrats are the party of freedom.

Walz outlined what a Harris presidency would look like, including cutting taxes for the middle class and making housing more affordable, and worked to tie the Republican ticket to Project 2025.

The Minnesota Governor and former high school football coach used a string of football analogies to describe how he hopes Democrats will win the White House in November.

“You might not know it, but I have not given a lot of big speeches like this,” Walz said, adding,“But I have given a lot of pep talks.

“So, let me finish with this,” the Democratic vice presidential nominee stated.

“Team, it is the fourth quarter, we are down a field goal, but we are on offense and we’ve got the ball.

“We are driving down the field. And, boy, do we have the right team, Kamala Harris is tough, Kamala Harris is experienced, and Kamala Harris is ready. Our job is to get into the trenches and do the blocking and tackling. One inch at a time, one yard at a time, one phone call at a time, one door knock at a time, one $5 donation at a time.”

Republican Vice Presidential candidate, Senator JD Vance.

Republican Vice Presidential nominee, JD Vance responded to Tim Walz’s speech at the Democratic National Convention.

Speaking to a news agency, Vance stated that the Minnesota Governor’s attack on Donald Trump’s policies is meritless.

“When Tim Walz says that Donald Trump’s agenda doesn’t work for middle class Americans, (Trump) was already President for four years and his agenda worked very well for middle class Americans,” Vance said.

Vance challenged Kamala Harris or Walz to show what policies they believed worked for the middle class under President Joe Biden.

Additionally, Vance asserted that he has no reservations about being Trump’s running mate.

“I have no reservations about taking this job because I know that if we make Donald J. Trump president of the United States, he’s going to deliver rising wages, lower prices and a secure border.
