Trey Songz has been accused of sexual assault in connection with a 2016 incident at a party in Los Angeles resulting in a $20 million lawsuit.
The woman, who is identified as Jane Doe in the suit, disclosed that the 37-year-old musical artist forced her to have anal sex against her consent, according to court documents.
A rep for Songz told local media that “the allegations in this complaint are false”, and that Songz “looks forward to having the facts fully aired”.

The woman noted that prior to the March 24, 2016 incident, she had consensual sexual relations with the R&B artist, whose full name is Tremaine Aldon Neverson. According to her, they were at a party at a house in Los Angeles Trey Songz invited her to when they went upstairs for what she thought would be a consensual encounter.
The woman disclosed in the court documents that the Virginia-born entertainer had repeatedly pestered her if he could “get that SIC” as they headed up the staircase of the home and she noted that she had told him no and to cease asking.
The woman revealed in the court documents that Songz behaved like a “savage rapist” once they reached the bedroom, as he threw her on the floor, removed her pants, pinned her body down face first, and penetrated her anally as she screamed and pleaded with him to stop what he was doing.
According to the woman, Trey Songz overpowered her physically as she tried to stop him. Another person quickly entered and exited the room, the woman told the court, and Songz continued raping her. She told the court that in the wake of the traumatic incident, she gathered her clothing and exited the premises to take an Uber ride away.
The woman noted in the court documents that the Uber driver observed she had been in distress upon entering the vehicle, and took her to a nearby hospital, where medical professionals performed a sexual assault exam on her that revealed “severe anal tearing that could require surgery”.
Police were called, but the woman said she did not reveal that Trey Songz was her attacker because she was “in shock and fear for her life”, the woman revealed.
The woman is represented by lawyers Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck, who are involved in two other cases, in Miami and Nevada, in which Songz is accused of sexual assault.
In the Miami case, according to legal documents, a woman who identified herself as Jauhara Jeffries disclosed that Songz put his finger in her private part without her consent while she was dancing on a couch at the nightclub E11VEN on New Year’s Eve of 2017.
Songz’s lawyer, Jeffrey Neiman told the court that a female witness (who has not been publicly named) noted that Songz did not do what he was accused of in the Miami incident; and that Mitchell unsuccessfully tried to recruit her as a co-plaintiff against Songz, and change her account of events with the potential for a settlement that ranged between $100,000 and $200,000.
In response to this allegation, Mitchell emphasized that she and Vrabeck would “not be deterred by bullying or intimidation tactics and will continue our pursuit of Justice for sexual assault victims of Trey Songz”.
