The signing ceremony for the “Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship” took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration in Ghana.

The Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Hon. Kwaku Ampratwum-Sarpong, signed on behalf of the Government of Ghana, while the Ambassador of Japan to Ghana, H.E. Mr. Mochizuki Hisanobu, signed for Japan. The ceremony underscored the longstanding relationship between the two nations and their shared vision for mutual development and prosperity.

Hon. Kwaku Ampratwum-Sarpong expressed profound gratitude to the Government of Japan for its unwavering support in enhancing Ghana’s human resource capacity.
