Ghanaian rapper, Amerado also known as Younger KA has been advised by Ghanaians.
Amerado disclosed that he has been told on several occasions to be careful with those he is close to.
He stated that it all started when his aunty one day called to inform him that her pastor had told her to tell him [Amerado] to be very careful.
The prophecy, he revealed, was that he would be poisoned out of envy by one of his confidants.
Amerado claims he treated the prophecy with contempt until his female friend as well as personal prophet gave him the same prophecy.
Reacting to the story, fans of the “Kweku Ananse” hitmaker have advised him to be very careful with the people around him now that things have started going well for him.
According to them, “the one eating the vegetable is the one around it” hence, Amerado should be very careful of his confidants.
One fan, on his part, advised that Amerado should emulate the life of Ghana’s decorated rapper, Sarkodie so that he can live long.
“I said that this guy should be wise and shine his eyes because he is a target of death from us colleagues musicians and friends because of his current form in the music industry. Learn something from Kinaata”, one netizen wrote.
“So don’t do friends anymore …..learn from Sarkodie”, another said.
Also, Amerado seems to have a lot in his music bank when it comes to songs composed with didactic themes.
After coming out with ‘Box of Memories’, ‘Grace’, and recently ‘Kwaku Ananse’, the 2023 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards Rapper of the Year is not resting on his oars. He has released another thought-provoking piece of music titled ‘Abronoma’.
‘Abronoma’ is a celebration of life, love, and the pursuit of dreams. Amerado’s distinctive storytelling prowess takes center stage, painting vivid pictures with words that resonate with listeners from all walks of life.
The beats produced by IzJoe Beatz and catchy hooks ensure that this track is not just a song but an anthem that will linger in your heart and mind.
As Amerado effortlessly weaves through verses, each line is a testament to his artistic evolution and commitment to delivering music that is both timeless and contemporary.
Pursuing Higher Education To Honour Late Father’s Wish
Amerado revealed that one of the driving forces behind his decision to pursue a degree was to fulfill his late father’s dream of seeing him as a graduate.
The “Abronoma” hitmaker shared that he not only sought enlightenment through education but also aimed to achieve his father’s wish of seeing him make strides and earn a qualification at the tertiary level.
“My father of blessed memory always wanted me to go to school to the highest levels, so I’m fulfilling his wish too,” Amerado shared.
Amerado, currently in his second year at the University of Ghana (Legon) where he is studying Political Science and Philosophy, expressed that the desire to connect with a tertiary audience also played a significant role in his educational pursuits.
He believes that students form a crucial part of his fan base, and by being a part of their academic community, he can foster a deeper connection and garner their support.
“I am in level 200 at Legon where I study Political Science and Philosophy. I went there because I needed a tertiary audience. Apart from that, I am someone who wants to be enlightened,” he noted.
Acknowledging the challenges of juggling school and show business, Amerado expressed gratitude to God for helping him navigate the complexities, allowing him to gradually balance both aspects of his life.
