Nigerian music star, Tiwa Savage has slammed the fans of her colleague, Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid, on social media.

Earlier today, Tiwa Savage released a song jam featuring singer, Ruger in the new song. The song was released the day Wizkid released his song on the streaming platforms.

Following this, Tiwa Savage shared a video of herself vining to her newly released jam on her verified Instagram page. Many commented on the melody of the released piece, while others compared the song to Wizkid’s release.

One user identified as standardwears1 took a swipe at Tiwa Savage by stating that the song is nothing compared to Wizkid’s hits. “Dey play nothing special pass whizzy hits,” the user wrote.

In annoyance, Tiwa Savage slammed the user for coming to her timeline to troll her music. She called them bullies for coming at her while trying to promote her piece.

“Because I am promoting music? WTF … Y’all are not fans anymore ooo you guys are actual bullies.”

This is not the first time there has been a fan war among entertainment celebrities in Nigeria.

A few days ago, Kizz Daniel was nearly involved in a fan war between Wizkid and Davido’s fans.

During a Twitter conversation with a fan, the singer noted how Davido’s fans, fondly known as 30BG, would be happy if he dissed Wizkid, but he couldn’t because many of them are enjoying Wizkid’s hard work.

He further stated that it is unwise to dissing the Grammy winner as he respects the people before him.

Another fan made him know that Davido’s fans love him, but Kizz Daniel, who is in disbelief, told them to show it as he stated that they are always rugged and hyped, unlike his fans, who are calculative and wise.

Fans react to chat exchange.
