Fast Law PC, the legal representatives for Hajia4Reall, have clarified that she did not disclose any names as part of her efforts to seek a reduced sentence.

In an Instagram video posted on the firm’s official page, a spokesperson stated assuredly that Mona Montrage did not engage in any form of cooperation with the US Attorney’s Office to identify individuals involved in her case.

“We want to make it clear that Mona Montrage did not engage in any catfishing activities or cooperate with the US Attorney’s Office to reveal any names. We have evidence to substantiate these claims.”

The statement from Mona’s legal team addresses recent allegations suggesting she provided information about others in exchange for a more lenient sentencing.

“Our decision to address the public comes in response to inquiries we have received regarding whether Mona disclosed any names related to her fraudulent activities.

“Following Mona Montrage’s sentencing, we have been asked about her cooperation. Consider this: If she had cooperated with the US Attorney’s Office, would they have recommended a guideline sentence of 37 to 46 months? Clearly, they would not have.”

To buttress her point, the lawyer showed a video Hajia4Reall shared on social media to update her fans on her movement which was picked, edited, and sent to a victim as if Mona had sent a love message.

Moreover, Mona Montrage has been sentenced to one year and a day for her involvement in the fraud case.

Before that, she had appealed for a reduced sentence citing her role as a single parent.

Pundit Expresses Joy About Hajia4Reall’s Punishment

Entertainment pundit, Kwame Obeng Asare, widely recognized as A Plus, expressed his contentment with the penalty imposed on Mona Faiz Montrage, popularly known as Hajia4Reall, for her involvement in fraudulent activities.

He believes that the one-year-and-one-day sentence handed down to the socialite will serve as a valuable lesson and deter her from engaging in wrongful acts after her release from prison.

He further mentioned that his viewpoint is predicated on the belief that the punishment will act as a caution to others who engage in romance scams to illicitly amass wealth from well-to-do individuals.

A Plus advised those involved in romance scams to abandon such practices to avoid facing similar impact if arrested.

“They say we shouldn’t take pleasure in another’s misfortune. I’m not actually overjoyed about the prison term. We’ve all committed acts for which we could have been imprisoned if caught. I’m happy with the punishment because it’s intended to awaken people to reality rather than cater to their desires.

“So, I’m confident she [Hajia4Reall] has learned her lesson, and others who emulate such behavior will also take heed. Labelling Hajia as a bad person is irrelevant. Girls involved in scams should also take note, for once you’re caught, imprisonment is inevitable.”
