Afrobeat singer, Tiwa Savage has got her fans talking after she turned up for an event wearing a Gucci top and shorts with a red designer bag worth N7.8m.

She noted that her Gucci outfit cost her N4.6m while her red Prada shoes took N1.9m from her bank account.

In a video shared by @lagospaparazzi on Instagram, the 44-year-old songstress accessorized her attire with diamond neck chains.

Speaking about her skincare routine, the beautiful mother of one said that they are long. In addition, she said her travel destination is Los Angeles, United States.

Her fans were impressed with her look and noted how buoyant she was to be able to afford the designer items. They also wished they could live her kind of lifestyle.

In other news, the award-winning Afrobeat singer declared herself one of the big 3.

The famous singer, while speaking on the Big 3 conversation, said if people are to go talent for talent and mic for mic, she is the big one. “Don’t get me started because if we’re to go talent for talent, mic for mic, I am the big one,” she said.

Her fans moved to the comment section to share their opinions.

“Aunty Tiwa claiming No1 spot but no female artist has been brought to stardom through her.”

Omolade Adedoyin

“She isn’t lying. Looking at the music industry in Nigeria, there isn’t a single female that can go toe to toe with Tiwa.”

Daniel

“Facts. Tiwa might not be No. 1 but talent for talent, she’s top 4.”

Stretch

Tiwa has no doubt come a long way in the industry and is one of the biggest female artists in Africa.

Last year, Tiwa Savage broke records and made history as the first African artist to perform at the Coronation of a British Monarch.

The Afrobeat singer had performed at King Charles III’s coronation ceremony, and she made Nigerians proud with her spectacular performance.

Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage disclosed how she hated two of her hit-record songs prior to their release.

According to her, these two songs; ‘Eminado’ and ‘Dorobucci’ were recommended by her then-manager, Don Jazzy.

“I hated Eminado when I first heard it. Don Jazzy played it for me; I was like, I don’t like it, and he said it’s going on my album, and I said no, he was like, this album is not coming out if you don’t put Eminado in it. And I asked what Eminado was all about, and he said he understood the market.”

Tiwa Savage

However, she claimed Don Jazzy insisted she put the songs out because, according to her, he claimed they were what Nigerians wanted, which then became a success after they were released.

“You just have to go with Jazzy, because that’s Don Jazzy. Now I have to perform it every time because everyone is waiting for it. I did not like Dorobucci either; everybody loved it.”

Tiwa Savage

Tiwa Savage disclosed that left to her alone she wouldn’t have recorded ‘Eminado’ and ‘Dorobucci,’. “I was the last person to do my verse, and I did not like it. I was like, nobody was going to like it, and then the whole Africa loved it,” she added.
