The Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs has launched the Young Female Entrepreneurs Programme (YoFEP), a revolutionary initiative aimed at empowering young Ghanaian women in entrepreneurship.
With a focus on providing comprehensive support, including training, mentorship, and access to capital, YoFEP aims to facilitate the launch and expansion of sustainable enterprises by concentrating on offering comprehensive support, such as mentoring, training, and capital access.
The virtual launch event witnessed the presence of notable guests, distinguished business leaders, and prominent figures dedicated to fostering entrepreneurship.
Richard Addison, the event’s chairperson and a member of the Chamber’s Governing Council, welcomed everyone to the gathering and emphasized the Chamber’s dedication to empowering young entrepreneurs.
YoFEP was thoroughly explained by Mr. Sherif Ghali, CEO of the Ghana Chamber of Young Entrepreneurs, who also outlined the program’s goals and importance in promoting economic progress. Ghali emphasized the program’s commitment to providing young female entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to succeed in their ventures.
The esteemed CEO of the Ghana Enterprises Agency, Kosi Ayi-Yankey (Mrs), who gave the keynote address, enthralled the audience with her deep remark, “The Future is Female and The Future is Entrepreneurship.” She shed light on the government’s proactive measures to support women entrepreneurs and expressed her dedication to empowering women in business.
The CEO urged young women to learn more, seize chances, and stressed the value of teamwork among partners to maximum effect.
