Head coach of Accra Hearts of Oak SC, Mas-Ud Didi Dramani, has called on the club’s supporters to rally behind the team ahead of their crucial Ghana Premier League encounter against Aduana Stars FC on Sunday.

The Phobians will welcome the Fire Boys to the Accra Sports Stadium in a matchday 32 fixture that could have a major impact on the race for the top four as the season approaches its final stretch.

Speaking during his pre-match briefing, Dramani highlighted the importance of fan support, insisting the backing of the supporters remains one of the club’s greatest strengths despite the team’s inconsistent run of results in recent weeks.

The former Black Galaxies head coach praised the loyalty of the Hearts faithful and urged them to continue showing up in large numbers to inspire the players on matchday.

According to Dramani, the supporters have remained a constant pillar for the club through difficult and successful periods. “The fans have always been what we have and we cherish all that they are doing. They should keep massing up and they should come in their numbers to continue to support us,” he said.

Home Struggles Remain a Concern

The Phobians head into Sunday’s clash with a mixed record from their last five league matches, having won two, drawn two and lost one. While Hearts remain firmly in the top half of the table, their performances at home have left many supporters frustrated.

Hearts have lost just once at the Accra Sports Stadium throughout the season, but too many draws have slowed their momentum in the title race.

They have managed only one victory in their last seven home games, drawing the other six matches. More worrying for the technical team is the fact that five of those six draws ended without a goal.

Despite the concerns surrounding Hearts’ home form, the visitors have also struggled badly in recent weeks, particularly away from home.

Aduana have recorded just one win in their last six league matches and arrive in Accra under pressure to revive their campaign.

The Fire Boys are currently winless in their last five away fixtures, losing their last four matches on the road while scoring only once. Their only positive away result in recent months came in a 1-1 draw against Medeama SC in Tarkwa nearly two months ago.

Didi Dramani Assures Fans of a Turnaround in Form

Dramani also assured fans that the team is doing everything possible to improve performances and rediscover consistency before the end of the campaign.

“We are doing everything possible to turn the ways of the team and put in the right measures so that we can turn into winning ways. Thank you very much.”

Sunday’s fixture remains significant for both clubs, with little separating them on the league table.

Hearts currently occupy third place with 50 points, while Aduana sit sixth with 46 points, leaving a four-point gap between the two sides.

A victory for the Phobians would strengthen their push for a top four finish, while Aduana will hope to close the gap and reignite their challenge with a rare away result in Accra.
