The country successfully achieved a historic turning point by facilitating the maiden delivery of domestically produced crude oil directly from the offshore Jubilee fields to the Sentuo Oil Refinery Limited, based in the industrial hub of Tema.
The high-profile commissioning event, which was attended by top government officials, industry leaders, and regulatory executives, symbolizes a monumental step forward in reducing the West African nation’s historical reliance on foreign refined petroleum imports.
