Nana Tornado, the well-known Ghanaian socialite, has expressed that he holds no one accountable for his recent health scarcity, considering it’s a predestined event.
He has chosen not to link his recent illness to any person, including those with whom he has had social media disputes.
He specifically mentioned that despite previous conflicts with Bishop Kwabena Asiamah of the Ajagurajah Movement, he does not suspect him of causing his health issues.
“I’ve done nothing wrong to him [Ajagurajah]. Do you think my twisted mouth is a result of an attack? I’m known for my free thinking. I prefer to remove the divine or demonic influences from my reasoning and think logically.
“I’m not the one to cast blame when things go awry; I accept them as they come. That’s why instead of seeking a fetish priest’s help, I went to the hospital where I received treatment and recovered.”

Emil Wood, better known as Nana Tornado, shared an unusual experience he recently had when he woke up from bed with his mouth contorted.
He described the bizarre incident, mentioning that he had gone to sleep feeling fine but woke up to find his mouth twisted, which hindered his ability to swallow.
“I had a normal night’s sleep, but when I woke up, I was in a strange state. Swallowing saliva was impossible, and even drinking water was a challenge because it wouldn’t go down my throat. I realized my mouth was twisted to one side. To drink water, I had to angle my head to help it go down. I had gone to sleep without any issues, but I woke up with this abnormality. I began to wonder if I had a stroke because this sudden ailment was baffling.”

Nana Tornado mentioned that it was his cousin from another state who hurried him to a hospital’s emergency department.
“I reached out to my cousin in New York, and she helped me get to a New York hospital’s emergency center. There, I encountered people who laughed at me while I was in distress.”

Now recovered from that illness, Tornado expressed that the experience has altered his outlook on life.
“The recent illness that I experienced filled me with fear and has profoundly changed my perspective on life. The healing process spanned nine months, during which I exhausted all my savings. Each acupuncture treatment cost me $500, and I needed two treatments weekly. Since I don’t have employment in the US, I typically travel for leisure. There was even a time when the thought of returning to Ghana was daunting because I dreaded being ridiculed.”

He also reflected on a particularly alarming aspect of his medical ordeal, as explained by his doctor.
“The most unsettling part, according to the doctor, was the unpredictable nature of my condition. I was told that my mouth might temporarily recover but there was a possibility it would never fully return to its original state. The thought that the condition could intermittently recur was quite frightening.”

Nana Tornado’s Relationship With Mzbel
Nana Tornado shed light on his relationship with Mzbel.
He revealed that the singer has caused him multiple grievances, which he has chosen not to disclose publicly to avoid any public conflicts with Mzbel.
Known for his contentious interactions with other female celebrities in Ghana, Nana Tornado made it clear that he has managed to avoid any public conflicts with Mzbel.
“I’ve never fought with Mzbel before. She has done a lot of evil things to me, but I haven’t spoken about it publicly. There’s a perception that we’re on good terms, but as to what she did to me, I haven’t shared it publicly.”

Nana Tornado also dismissed the notion that he imposes his friendship on women, leading to eventual disputes.
“I don’t pursue friendships with women; they are the ones who seek my companionship, viewing me as a big sister,” he commented while addressing his tendency to get into social media spats with female celebrities he knows.
