Ghanaian musician and socialite, Hajia4Reall

Hajia4Reall has reportedly pleaded with the US Court to ease her bail conditions so she can move freely.

The socialite’s bail requirements allegedly include not moving an inch outside her apartment in New Jersey where she is currently staying. As a result, she has a GPS tracker stuck on her ankle.

In her court documents, she is seeking the judge to lessen the conditions, based on the presumption that she has been on good behavior.

As the basis for her appeal, she also used her daughter who is currently with her in the US.

She said her daughter is affected due to her incompetence to move around, and the 9-year-old is also beginning to feel like a prisoner just like her.

According to her, her daughter will begin elementary school soon and before she commences, she desires to give her a series of treats.

Hajia4Reall has pleaded with the court to allow her to take her daughter out for shopping, and visit amusement parks, and others.

She prayed for the judge to permit her to move around her New Jersey neighborhood and some parts of New York.

The socialite argued if in any case, the court doubts her, the tracking device on her ankle is enough to monitor her movements.

A report stated:

“She said she’d be happy if she is permitted to move around New York, particularly, the South East areas. and even move around New Jersey where she is currently based. She said in the UK, she was given some time from 6 am to 6 pm to move around. But currently, in the US, she has been confined. So in this case, she wants to be allocated the same time”.

Hajia4Reall officially confirmed the rumors surrounding her arrest in the UK, admitting that she was indeed fitted with a GPS tracking device on her ankle.

In a previous statement, she denied the rumors of her arrest, and her camp earnestly denied the existence of a tracking device on the ankle of the socialite.

However, Hajia4Reall, who is currently facing trial in the U.S. is been pressured to finally give the game away in her latest court statement.

In her pursuit to gain the court’s trust and convince them to meet some demands she made, she said:

“When I was in the UK, I used to go out from 6 am in the morning to 6 pm. They granted me that opportunity because I had a GPS tracker on my ankle which enabled them to monitor my movements. I had the tracker on for 6 months in London and they realized I am not a bad person because I did not try to escape”.

Hajia4Reall

Mona Faiz Montage, widely known as Hajia4Reall was extradited to the United States from the United Kingdom over alleged involvement in a $2 million romance scam targeting older, single Americans.

In a statement, when they told her on May 15, that she will be extradited to the US, she did not refuse. She did not resist arrest, although she knew she’ll be jailed. When it was time for her to be arrested and extradited, she even told the police that they should permit her to transport herself to the airport. She said she doesn’t want the case where she’ll be handcuffed, dragged, with sirens all over, and because the police in London knew she has been of good conduct, they allowed it.

The news has since flooded social media, topping Twitter trends amidst massive reactions from netizens online.
